90wil Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for You

1Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an account on the 90wil, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting activities by court order, administrative decision, or your own self-exclusion request.
• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. The 90wil may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided.
• Hold no more than one active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts under the same CPF will be closed and any balances will be subject to review.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Creating accounts on behalf of others or allowing third parties to use your account on the 90wil. Use of the platform is strictly for personal entertainment; any form of commercial use, odds resale, or systematic arbitrage is prohibited.

The 90wil reserves the right to refuse or close registrations that do not meet the above requirements or that show signs of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

2User Account & Security

When creating your account on 90wil, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — secure and confidential. The 90wil never asks for your password through any communication channel, including chat, email, or phone. Any such request should be reported to support immediately.

To enable withdrawals, your account must go through identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer), which requires submitting:

• Photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH, front and back).
• A selfie of the account holder holding their ID document.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (in some cases).

Verification is completed once and approved within 10 minutes in most cases. Once approved, all future withdrawals are processed automatically with no additional documentation steps. The 90wil may request additional verification for withdrawals above certain amounts as a security measure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 90wil via live chat for preventive blocking. The 90wil is not liable for transactions carried out with the user's correct credentials prior to notification of compromise.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 90wil are conducted exclusively in BRL (Brazilian Real). There are no currency conversions, exchange spreads, or fees charged by the 90wil on deposits or withdrawals through any of the available methods.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix: instant deposit, available 24/7. Minimum R$ 20.00, maximum R$ 50,000.00 per transaction.
• Boleto bancário: settlement within 1 business day. Minimum R$ 30.00. Expired boletos will not be processed.
• Credit card: approval within 15 minutes. Minimum R$ 20.00. Installment payment available in up to 3 installments for deposits above R$ 100.00.
• Debit card: instant approval at banks with 3D Secure protocol. Minimum R$ 20.00.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: processing within 5 minutes. Minimum R$ 20.00.
• TED transfer: available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other banks. Minimum R$ 100.00. Processing within up to 2 business hours.

Withdrawals: available exclusively via Pix, processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 and the maximum daily withdrawal is R$ 30,000.00. The Pix key provided must be registered under the CPF of the account holder at the 90wil. The 90wil does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawals of bonus balance are subject to full completion of the corresponding rollover, as described in Section 4. Your own deposit balance (not linked to any bonus) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover restrictions.

4Bonuses & Promotions

The 90wil offers bonuses and promotions periodically, including a welcome bonus for new users. Each promotion has specific terms published on its corresponding page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses at the 90wil are:

• Rollover: the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion. Bets placed on accumulators with total odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.
• Validity: every bonus has an expiry period counted from the activation date. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry with no replacement.
• Eligible markets: the rollover may have market or category restrictions. Cancelled bets, bets that resulted in a draw, and bets on events with a walkover result do not count toward the rollover.
• One promotion per account: each user may participate in each promotion only once. Attempts to participate multiple times through different accounts are prohibited and will result in cancellation of all bonuses involved.
• Segregated balance: the account panel of the 90wil displays the balance available for immediate withdrawal and the bonus balance with pending rollover separately, for full transparency.

The 90wil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users whenever possible. Bonuses obtained through exploitation of system flaws, promotion abuse, or any form of manipulation will be cancelled.

5Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at the 90wil cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, Formula 1, and more than 30 other sports. The following general rules apply:

• Bet confirmation: bets confirmed in the system of the 90wil are final. A bet cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except in the situations outlined below.
• Odds errors: if the 90wil publish odds with a manifest technical error (a clearly incorrect odd), the bet may be cancelled and the amount returned to the user's balance, regardless of the outcome.
• Cancelled or postponed event: if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, bets will be cancelled and stakes returned. Events postponed and played within 48 hours will have bets honoured with the results of the rescheduled event.
• Disputed result: in the event of a court ruling, administrative decision, or sports regulatory body decision that changes the official result of an event, the 90wil may review payouts within 72 hours of the final decision.
• Live betting: live betting odds are updated in real time. The 90wil may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments (goals, penalties, stoppages). Bets accepted before the suspension are honored as normal.
• Accumulator bets: allowed with up to 20 selections per slip. All selections must win for the slip to pay out. A cancelled result in a parlay reduces the number of selections but does not void the entire slip.

The 90wil uses official and recognized sources to determine results (sports federations, tournament organizing bodies). In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the event's organizing body takes precedence.

6Casino, Slots & Games

The casino at 90wil offers slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and crash games. The following rules apply to the use of casino games:

• RTP (Return to Player): each slot game has an RTP declared by the provider, available in the game information. The 90wil does not alter the RTP parameters of games provided by third-party suppliers.
• Technical failure: in the event of a technical failure that interrupts a casino game mid-round, the 90wil will attempt to restore the session state. If that is not possible, the amount wagered in that round will be credited back to the user's balance.

7Responsible Gambling

The 90wil is committed to responsible gambling practices. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to cope with financial or emotional difficulties. The responsible gambling tools available in the 90wil include:

• Deposit limit: users may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss limit: the user may set a maximum net loss amount for a given period. Once the limit is reached, additional bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Temporary pause: option to suspend account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During the pause, deposits and bets are not permitted, but withdrawals of existing balances are allowed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: the user may request permanent account closure with a ban on re-registration. The request is processed within 24 hours and is irreversible.

8Account Closure

The user may request closure of their 90wil account 90wil at any time via live chat or by email at contato@90wil.best. Before closure, any available balance will be withdrawn normally. Bonus balances with pending rollover are cancelled on the closure date with no refund.

The 90wil may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that alters natural betting behavior.
• Deliberate and systematic exploitation of technical glitches or odds errors.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transaction reportable to the relevant authorities.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to suspected fraud or a terms violation, the 90wil may place a hold on the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the full balance is returned. If an irregularity is confirmed, the balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the court of the user's place of residence, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
